Return Policy

Have a problem with your order?

For any undamaged products, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging within 14 days of the date you receive the product (make sure to shoot out an email to us beforehand) and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Have a problem with your order? Simply contact us, we will get with you within business hours. Monthly plans are not allowed refunds. Although, to stop being charged from monthly packages, simply shoot us an email and we'll cancel your subscription.
